UPDATE

'Oh dear' seems to be the most said thing that my poor grandmother says i believe that i, it has been very nice to be in England but i have been inside for most of the time that i have been here, i have been sitting beside here as much as i can to help her out , she has been going very well talking a little and eating quite well , have been give her tea and cheese , giving her a listen to her favorite book Pride and Prejudice, she would read it once a year since she was young we believe that it was since she was 15, i have it on audio book she listened to it for 30 minutes today that made me so happy i felt as though was doing something to make her happy.But her mind is going even worse now it is harder today for my mother or myself to leave the room because she 'feels lonely' which is completely understandable there is not much that we can do for her
